Healthwatch Rochdale are pleased to announce the launch of their new online forum as part of their 2021/22 workplan.

Healthwatch Rochdale are launching a new online forum as part of their 2021/22 workplan named ‘An audience with….’

The forum will be a monthly information session and will include guest speakers from local services and statutory organisations.

The first forum will be ‘An Audience with Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services and guest speakers will include Charlotte Mitchell, Head of Commissioning Children’s and Maternity at Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group, Jennifer O’Neill, Pathway Lead for #Thrive and Dez Wilson, Service Integration Officer for Kooth. The forum will take place via Zoom on:

  • Thursday 15th April 6.30pm – 7.45pm

The forum will include information and service updates from guest speakers and there will be time available for attendees to ask question in a Q & A session. Healthwatch Rochdale are hosting the forum as part of their role to provide information and advice on local health and care services to the public.

An Audience with is the first piece of our 2021/22 workplan to take place and is different from our previous forums in that we are bringing providers and commissioners of services together with local residents. This forms part of our statutory duty to provide information to the residents of Rochdale and we are really excited to see how this new forum progresses over the next twelve months
